SHIPPING & RETURNS

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, handled, and shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S. ONLY)

We currently ship within the United States only.

USPS Priority Shipping: Up to 7 business days* — $5.99

Orders over $300 will be free shipping.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, distance, and weather conditions. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur and are outside of our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We are actively looking into expanding our shipping options and hope to offer international shipping in the future. Updates will be announced on our website and social platforms.

INCORRECT / UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS / LOST PACKAGES

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, email us immediately at joohwa.archives@gmail.com. We may be able to update it before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Unknown addressee
Undeliverable or returned packages
Lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed

If a package is returned to us, we may offer reshipment for an additional shipping and handling fee ($5.99 U.S.).

If your package appears to be missing, we will assist in contacting the shipping carrier to obtain delivery information, but we are not responsible once proof of delivery is confirmed.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
This applies to all jewelry and archive items.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We stand by the quality of our pieces.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at joohwa.archives@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos and your order number.

Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible for review.
